Mr. Uday Kulkarni
He is a well-known name in the off-highway vehicle industry. With his diverse experience & In-depth knowledge of product & Process engineering, He is heading Engineering department of Kustomind.
Mr. Uday holds Master’s degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT, Kharagpur). He is associated with multiple universities/Organizations for technical advisories.
Director: Business Development
Mr. Rajkumar Pandey
He has been a key strategist for India as well as global OEMs for Business growth. With the synergy of Engineering & Marketing, He is heading Business development in Kustomind.
Mr. Rajkumar holds Master’s degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT, Kharagpur). He is associated with Govt/Non Govt. bodies as an adviser.

Mr. Vaibhav Pandit
He is having an experience of working with cross-functional teams for product development programs. He plays a key role in realizing customer expectations through project delivery.
Mr. Vaibhav holds Engineer’s degree from Maharaja Sayajirao University (MSU, Vadodara).

Mr. Anil Deuskar
He is an experienced leader with more than 40 years of experience in new product design & development mainly into material handling equipment. He has successfully led product engineering department of different MNCs through out his career.
Mr. Anil Deuskar is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS)-Pilani.

Mr. Rajagopalan Shankar
He is an experienced technocrat mainly in the domain of Defence vehicle. He is an adviser to DRDO. He has been an active member of many professional bodies related to automobile & Electronic industry. He is mentoring Kustomind in the field of ER&D.

Mr. Rakesh Dikshit
He is having experience of more than 40 years in Marketing and has served many MNCs in Automobile industry as country head with Marketing. He is serving Kustomind as a Marketing & Sales mentor.
